Your company is what first hooked me to JJB. I watched your YouTube videos and quickly formed an addiction! My husband ordered me the CCC BFF and accessories from you and I absolutely love them.

Sadly, I can no longer shop here because I live in Canada. I went to order some JJBS two weeks ago only to find that you no longer ship here :/ I won't be getting a MyUS account as it isn't worth the $$.

I have now placed three orders with LD&D. Two were shipped to me internationally and one to my cousin in the US. On each ocassion I have been so spoilt with extra gifts and could not be happier with my purchases.

For each order I have spoken to Maya over email and she has always been so lovely and nothing is ever too much trouble. She responds quickly and though I am sure she deals with hundreds of people every day she always makes you feel like your order is her top priority.

Most recently I missed out on getting a GWP for the pre-orders for the reveals as things were so busy with the recent death of a friend. When I emailed Maya to apologise for my slow response to her email and told her why i had been slack in responding, she still included the gift for me anyway.

While it was not LD&D which introduced me to Ju Ju Be, it was LD&D which introduced me to the need for more than one bag. When I was trying to figure out what I "needed" I think I watched every LD&D Youtube video there was!

LD&D is the ONLY place I will buy Ju Ju Be except for the Pink Room. They are all just exceptional, especially Maya!

Little Dudes and Divas has amazing customer service. Maya has personally helped with picking pattern placement on my BFF, adding items at the last minute to an order and helped me with a refund/store credit.
Plus a GWP on diaper bags and free shipping over $50!!
