I didn't think it could be done, but it turns out the Hip is my perfect 2-kid bag.

Here's all the stuff that's going to fit in this beauty:

That's 2 quicks, 2 medium sets, 1 small set, 2 onesies and a pair of babylegs, a sling, 3 envirosax, a gladware of cheerios and some binky spritz and lanolin.
Not pictured because I forgot they were in there: an ipod touch and a phone in the soft zippered pocket and a kleen kanteen in the bottle pocket
There's usually a burp cloth in there too but I think it's in the wash

Here's what's in the quicks and set pieces:

2 one-sized pocket diapers, a wet bag, light change mat, hand sanitizer and wipes case in my SW change kit
4 one-size pocket diapers and a wet bag to restock my kit with
bamboo swadling blanket in the medium set
mum stuff in the other medium set
and a first aid kit in the small set


First layer of packing:
clothes in one mesh pocket and sling in the other
mum stuff medium set on the bottom with the cheerios
first aid kit in the inner zippered pocket


Second layer:
medium set with the receiving blanket
3 envirosax in one front pocket and spritz and lanolin in the other


3rd layer: extra diapers quick and that Kleen Kanteen I mentioned earlier


Finally the last quick and we're filled right to the top.

All packed up and ready to go!

Great packing job! Do you find it heavy to carry?

Nope. My scale won't even register how much it weighs (just flashes 0 and turns itself off). I think it's comparable to my almost-3-month-old son, so something in the 10-15lbs range. It's fluffy but not heavy. And I usually take the "restocking" Quick out and leave it in the car. Also helps if I carry the water bottle empty and fill it up at a water fountain when I'm out.

Great packing, did you get 4 cloth in a quick (if how?? ) I can get 2-3

4 cloth AND a wetbag. My "secret" is buying the right cloth. GoGreen Pocket Diapers and Sweet Pea Pocket Diapers are both slimmer than Fuzzibuns but work just as well (cheaper too). The wetbag was Thirsties I think.
