Very good advice plus I don't think you should be responsible for the shipping costs to her. This is her fault, not yours!

Sorry you're going through this. I agree with everyone else, don't return ship without an open claim with eBay. Paypal will side with eBay and eBay typically sides with the buyer.

To answer your other question I've spotted cleaned a Rich and washed a major without the card insert. I wouldn't put cardboard in the washing machine.

Definately file through ebay/paypal.... that way everything is documented. The money will already be held from the seller's account, etc.

As for washing, I've washed a thrifty before and never had problem. Same with my major, although I've never tried to wash the insert.

Not necisarily b/c not every PO bothers to scan things.

Do NOT send it back w/out a refund. Like others said go through PP and they will likely make her pay the return shiping not you!

Just tell her you would feel more comfortable going through ebay. A DC is not a guarantee, it was delivered somewhere not necessarily to her.

So sorry you are dealing with these! I agree with the others though. Do not send it back without going through ebay/paypal. You shouldn't have to pay the shipping to her. It was her fault she messed up and needs to refund you and pay for return shipping
