Any suggestions? My siggy is current, except I now have a BB Small also.

I have a "use" for every bag I own, but I don't actually use some of them that often.

Keepers/Permastash (for now):
At least one mini, but I can't bring myself to give one up.

I don't use the Tween or the Packabe all that often. They are both bags that I love when I use them, but I haven't used either one in over a month. I'm worried if I sell them, I'm going to need one for something and I'll miss it.

The Brown/Robin small makes an awesome toiletry bag for long trips, but we haven't been on a long trip in a while and we probably won't be taking another one anytime soon.

Then I think I don't really need three MBs, but I do often use both the fabric ones at the same time, and I like to drool over my EL MB, so I feel like it should stay.

Any ideas about what you would keep if you were me?

I have a few accessories that I'm going to list soon... some sets and at least one Mine. I also have a few quicks that aren't being used, but I love having a variety to choose from.

This is just my opinion, but if you want a good destash, I would sell any bag you haven't used in over 1-2 months, and any bag you only use 1-2 times a year. I am down to a Hip, 2 MBs and a Mini. Wow. That was almost hard to write that. I would love more, but my youngest is 2, and no more babies for us. Hoping JJB comes out with more non-baby bags in the future! Then, I would be in some trouble.

Dude, do you really need 8 small bags that carry roughly the same amount? I think you should start with the duplicates. You could safely rehome, one mini, one small, and one light. You would still have the variety.

Medium bags:
None really. Go shopping girl!

Large Bags:
WB
BP
El Mb
2 print MB
PB

You have 6 large bags. Really the wb can hold about 2 times the volume of the mb. Could you part with one of the prints or the el mb. I like the el mb, but if you haven't used it....time to pass on the love. If you do keep the el mb, make yourself use her!

I'd get rid of the Br/Rob Small first and keep the Tween - you can use the Tween for a toiletry bag too. I'd sell one of the print MBs too and then consider selling the EL MB. If you have other backpacks that you'd use more often when you need a backpack, then byebye PB and maybe hello Hip?

I would have to say that if I were you I would get rid of the tiki mini if you want to keep at least one mini since you seem to want to keep the WB and that is also tiki. I would get rid of two of the lights, do you really need three of the same bag? It is definitely easy to say yes, i will never get them back if I let them go....I have this problem all the time! I guess I just don't have multiples of the same bag, so would suggest getting rid of the one you feel like you are more likely to be able to live without. I agree that you probably don't need 3 MB if you have a wannabe. I don't use my MB now that I have a WB, but see the value in having at least one...I would keep the EL if I were you because it is GORGEOUS! i do have lots of quicks too, which are VERY useful for all sorts of stuff, so maybe keep those around until after the first destash and then if you feel like the destash was easier than you thought, get rid of some quicks too:)

I do have other backpacks I prefer over the PB. And I do need a medium bag (thanks for the permission to go shopping )

I'm getting stuck on the Minis, though. I think I prefer my Tiki Mini, but I'm really scared to let go of the Perky one because I think I'd never be able to find another one at a reasonable price. Ideally, I could let both of them go if I could get my hands on a GG Mini..... hmmm....

Oh and the Wannabe is strictly a beach bag, like it stays packed for the beach at all times. But we go to the beach a lot - practically every weekend and sometimes we camp at the beach and walk from our campsite to the water which makes the backpack straps the best thing ever. But there really is no overlap between the MBs and the WB.

Trade the perky for gg. I am sure somebody out there would trade for one of your minis. Then you could sell the other.

Good idea. If I had a GG Mini, I could also get rid of my GG Light because one of the only reasons I'm keeping it around is to have some GG in my life. Now that's some strategic stash streamlining

Wow! Those are some great destashing tips!! My only opinion is to keep the EL MB!! I just got one, and it's so much prettier and sturdier than the printed ones, IMO. You can always accessorize it with patterned quicks, but the EL is definitely a drool-worthy keeper!! And I agree- make yourself use it!! You will LOVE it once you do!
