Maybe the surprise is JJB made Bashful light CPs (I keep wondering why only MF CPs?), and they will be a GWP on Monday. Or they actually did make a Bashful mighty be which we can buy. Or... they will announce that sets are coming back (or in the works).

For the future? Maybe something like free GWP for all purchases, but your order number ends in something (5, 0, or - I saw this on woot - the ones digit of the next day's DJIA closing value, i.e. a random number), you get a special GWP like an EL coin purse (or two coin purses, or whatever).

Everything JJB comes up with is great as far as surprises. Gotta love GWP, free shipping, special discounts, etc because we love deals! Oh, I can't wait to get my hands on some Powder Icing and find out what the surprise is.

Another idea that would possibly give us a nice heart attack, is for a certain couple of days to offer all purchases over $300 to qualify for a 50+% discount. You may set it such that discounted purchases don't qualify for returns unless it's a manufacturing error. It's win-win situation, you guarantee a bulk sale and don't have the hassle of dealing with returns, and we get to swim in JJB goodness. I can only dream, right?

I like the 50 % off idea highly unlikely but boy would that ever be an awesome surprise!
i am clueless what the surprise is and I am really really hoping if it starts next week it doesn't require a high minimum order cause I am not supposed to be buying JJB for awhile
