I am selling my BRB to the sweet Jennie and want to make sure I do it right! So let me know if you have any tips or answers to my questions?
-pp fees? -best way to pack it -forms, etc. at the post office
We have a general estimate on the shipping cost, so I am not that concerned about that aspect, but would appreciate advice on the shipping process. I am so excited to be able to do this for Jennie, but I want to make sure I can do it right! Thanks, Ladies!

If you ship online you can just print your customs forms online - super easy. I'd do a box for ultimate protection. PP fees are the same regardless of buyer location.

You need to stay under 4 lbs if you want to ship First Class (Priority is usually a significant bump up in price). Box is more protection, but it can bump you above 4 lbs for a heavier bag. If you ship Priority, you can print forms and postage at home at usps.com (or paypal). If you ship first class, you have to fill out the customs form by hand. There are two versions of the customs form. The smaller one (with the green label) is supposed to be for items with value < $400. The larger one for > $400. Some have reported that the larger form has better "tracking" (there isn't real tracking - at least, not consistent tracking - with these customs forms), but the PO may make you fill out the small form if your declared item value is less than $400. Higher declared value is higher chance for customs duties for the recipient, same thing if you mark the form as "merchandise" rather than "gift" (I always mark "gift"... customs bills can be very large for recipient and a rude awakening
Note: PayPal fees are 1% higher for "cross border" transactions (i.e., 3.9% instead of 2.9% for US internal transactions; plus the $0.30 non-refundable transaction fee for all PP goods transactions), even if funds are received in US dollars. Cross border includes Canada and overseas.
