I'm thankful for my Realtor!!! I've been living in a 2 bedroom rancher with my Husband for 5+ years. He already had a daughter when we met,had our son in 2008 and our other son in 2010........so that's 4 people full time and 5 people part time . Can you say crowded!!!
He promised me a new house when our older son was born in 2008 and that never happened Well we just got word 3 weeks ago the house we wanted to buy private was ready for sale Now all we have to do is put ours on the market.....get real! Listing a house on the market in WINTER and so close to CHRISTMAS.....I don't think so!
Well our Realtor had it listed on a Monday....I cleaned like crazy, had a few showings...... had a bidding war on the Saturday and SOLD IT!!!! In less then a WEEK!!!!


That's why I'm thankful for my Realtor!Mama gets a new BIGGER house!!!!
