Click on User Control Panel at the top of the page,
once there, click "Board Preferences", then look in the box to the right and you should see a drop-down box for "Board Style".
You can pick any print for your background.
Just avoid Fuchsia, Onyx and Pretty Tweet and you should be able to vote.
