The package was damaged and some of the contents lost. Kelly was very patient and understanding while working with me to get the matter resolved from USPS since I had insurance on the package. I bought a SW Major from Kelly. The communication was great and fast! She also told me when she was able to post and sent me a PM when she had shipped too. I can't wait to receive it!
