Hello to All!
We felt it necessary to post an explaination as to what is going on with the current stock situation in the UK.

We understand that some of the Pink Ladies are dissatisfied and baffled as to why certain stock such as the Pink Lady BeQuick are still not available and that their counterparts in the US don't seem to have an issue in getting their hands on specialised stock.
We outlined some time ago that it was our intention to bring in the entire range and making it available to the UK, we have done this and are really pleased with the growing number of retailers who are opening accounts with Ju-Ju-Be! We work with our retailers each week to establish the demand for certain products obviously the demand for these Pink Lady BeQuick are huge so we have ordered them a number of times, believe me we would not be ignoring product that we could sell a couple of times over. To be fair Ju-Ju-Be have done everything to try and get us this stock, the problem arose with delays in getting the stock into the warehouse and then human error where stock was lost - this is the truth!
GOOD NEWS - Ju-Ju-Be are currently moving warehouse and we hope to be operating out of a new warehouse in the next 3 weeks - we should at this stage have more of the specialised stock in place, I will need confirmation from the US though as to when this will happen and do not want to post a date here and have to go back and say that this was incorrect. Also a similar situation with BESET we did think that we had located some of these for the UK but this was not the case. It is never our intention to let any of you down and we can only apologize in advance if we have done as it has been out of our control:( Best Marie

Thanks for the explanation. I am still not sure if we will ever get these as they were a LTD edition run. I will be really disappointed if not as I could have ordered from the US and got it sent over

what is they state of play with the other items some PL's are waiting for ? thrifties and PT FC?

We are going to do our best to get some, we are also going put in a request into the US to see if they are sold out that we get some more made considering we have these on order with 3 months so I know JJB want to keep everyone happy so I am sure they will try their best to see if more can be made. Now in the next breath I have had no confirmation that these stock items are gone either. I will ask the question but bear in mind that I might not hear back till next week as it is EASTER and all!!!

sorry forgot to mention that we will have an update early next week on some missing stock items from last week such as BE THRIFTY and other stock items!

We've been sending updates too as you know. We talk to Marie all the time and we'll keep everyone updated by email too as soon as we have anything definite.

Realistically, does this mean we won't be getting FB Sets? There are none on ShopJJB - which I assume means they are out of stock. I can't imagine even JJB making more for whatever the tiny number of orders for the UK will be. I'm sad .

Are they still on USUS amazon? Maybe a pl could help you out?

With regard to the BESET FB - as this is relatively a new color way and the fact that the BESET are so popular - I will ask the question is it possible for more of these to be made, I will revert back once I know more.

Bear with me it might take me a few days to hear back the situation overall with the BESET & BESET in FB:)

Thanks for the update Marie, I´m waiting any of these days for a a few items on back order, but there are sill a PT FC, BeQuick and a ME BeShady on back order, it would be great to know if I will be able to get hold of these last 3 in the end?

I also had an eye out for BeSets in FB and even others (though I´m getting ME ...but they seem so hard to get!

With regard to the sliders - we have requested a number of these so that etailers/retailers and ourselves can have a few put away in case any of you need them. I will email the US again and ask as to when we can expect these, we have them dare I say on backorder!

GREAT NEWS - the powers that be in the US have listened to pleas and we just received confirmation tonight that we are getting BEQUICK PINK LADY over - I have asked how many so I am still unsure as to the quantity but I will let our etailers/retailers know as well so you can liaise with them.

Now they are ready so it may take a week or so for them to arrive in the UK so bear with us!

Hopefully will have the sliders as well.

Just giving you all an update - we have 15 Be Quick Pink Ladies which have been allocated to us, if you could contact your chosen etailer/retailer - I have sent them all bulletins this morning.

I have asked if we could get some more made so I will keep you all posted.

With regard to the BESETS - I asked the question on what is actually available and whether they are making any more, they kindly got back to me but did not know on the status of further production but we can get our hands on the following:

BLACK SILVER
MIDNIGHT ECLIPSE
BROWN CHAMPAGNE
NAVY BERRY

Again I will wait to hear back from the US regarding getting more BESET'S made - I hope they do as they are so handy:)
