She's going to need two carts  I'm not getting on the list, but just wanted to offer a suggestion. The $0.30 PayPal transaction fee is non-refundable. That means if your cousin has to issue a full refund, $0.30 gets deducted from her own PayPal account (if she has zero balance, it draws from her bank account). This means if Costco has no bags, and she refunds everyone, she is out 30 x $0.30 = $9. I was surprised that recipient loses $0.30 for a full refund, but it is true (I noticed when I had to do this before). So if refunds have to be issued, I'd suggest she issue partial refunds of the total paid minus $0.30 (or maybe even a little pad on that because maybe there's some small % on top of $0.30... You need to figure that out). Just wanted to point that little subtlty out to you about refunding through PayPal if you weren't aware of it. My area (multiple costcos) was cleaned out of all bags in less than a week (those eBay resellers are fast!!! ESP if their friends works at Costco to tip them off).
