Just wondering if any of you mamas have ordered from this store before? How was your experience?

I haven't ordered from them but I have shopped in store. I bought my very first JJB from them.

I've ordered from them a few times before (once JJB, once a car seat, once toys). I have not had a problem. Some of the toys were out of stock, but they just backordered them and shipped them a few weeks later once stock arrived.

Do they still have that 20% off sale on? Some great prices, because most JJB items were 20% off the old price!

I never new you could order from the them....cool!

I've had about 3 good purchases and one not so good. Returns are impossible to do with these guys, I had to fight for two weeks to get a return done on a product that came with pieces missing.

So I ended ordering a BFF and quick from them because of their prices. It was back ordered for a month and I am hoping to get it by Friday. Their cs that answers emails is pretty slow but the waiting is worth it for the sale price

Wish they shipped JJB to the U.S.!

My BFF (the human, not the bag) and I ordered during their may sale and they were able to special order a SW BP and a SG MB as well as JM and CoB quicks all while guaranteeing their sale prices! We got the itsms in record time and my BFF said that the customer service was awesome especially since they had to special order the two larger items for us!
