I placed my big order from them 9 days ago and have emailed them three times with some questions about my order, but still haven't had a reply
Starting to get a little annoyed.

Try calling them...sometimes people's email get stuck in our junk box by accident and they get annoyed with us too. I know that she really cares about her business so give her a jingle.

I was hoping it was just because of the christmas rush. Haven't called her because of how much it would cost....

I placed an order last week that I'm still waiting on, but I'm not too worried because of the christmas post, I have ordered from them before with no problem. I also emailed a query about the new prints and didn't receive a reply but then the other day my inbox was saying I had new mail I had to scroll through 3 pages in my inbox as it's organised in date order where I was suprised to find an email from Jellybean dated the 26th Nov and I only just received it Dec 15, which is really strange. But anyway here's hoping our orders will come soon. You're from Aus right? shipping internationally will take ages especially at christmas, I recently sent a package within the UK 1st class recorded which usually has an estimate delivery time of 1-2days and it took 6 days I was so not happy as the lady I was sending to emailed to ask where her package was, I sent it 1st class as she really needed it fast, Royal Mail can be pretty crap sometimes.

I did expect post to be a long time because of christmas... was just a little worried that I hadn't had any email replies.
But I also just saw on the site that they don't work every day so that's probably why they haven't responded yet.

Bumping this up for suggestions...

I've sent another email and still haven't heard anything even though according to their website they'd be working today.
I just tried to call and got a message that the number is not in service.

I know I can cancel it through my credit card, but I still want the bags! It's just been two weeks with no communication and I don't know what to do next.

Would you just keep waiting??

hi i am also waiting for my jjb i ordered and payed on the 15th dec and still not recived them yet i have also orderd anther bag from themand that arrived really quickly so not to worried yet(if they are not here by tomorrow then i have no xmas present )
myfrend ordered drom them and it took about 8 days
lets hope we all get our bits by xmas

No my ss packabe was out of stock, so no JJB christmas present (from me to me), hoping for a New Year JJB instead
But I did order from them in Nov so DH has got me a BR/Rob BRB, and Mum got me a BL/S Minibe, and we get cash from SIL and BIL so I already have my BR/ROB BeMine in action I'm totally buying some more BQs in the new year too.
I'm sure you'll love the MiniBe when you get it, it's alot bigger than I thought!

Calling from Australia so am not sure I have the right codes, have tried heaps of combos though.
